How to find an order's tax credit notes in Wink You, step by step.

   From your dashboard, open the menu on the left, and choose Orders.

   Click the refunded order to open it. Here, a smoothie was refunded.

   At the top, Tax credit notes lists every note its refunds issued.

4. 4

   Each note has its own number, date and amount.

   Click Open.

   The note names the original receipt and the reason for the refund.

   It shows the amount credited and the VAT taken back.

   Click Download / Print to print it, or save it as a PDF.

   Close the tab to go back to the order.
