How to refund an order in Wink You, step by step.

   From your dashboard, open the menu on the left, and choose Payments.

   Every payment is listed here, with its method, status and amount.

   Find the payment, click More, then choose Refund.

   Original Method sends the money back to the same card.

5. 5

   Refund it on your card machine, then type its reference number here.

   The full amount is filled in. Lower it for a partial refund.

   Under After this refund, choose Money back, order stays paid.

   Add a short reason, so your team knows why.

   Click Confirm Refund.

    Done. The payment now shows Refunded.

    In Orders it reads Refunded too, and Net sales drops by the refund.
