For restaurants in Dubai

A restaurant POS built for the pace of Dubai.

One system for the cashier, the QR Digital Menu, the kitchen screen and your own deliveries, with 5% VAT invoices that carry your TRN. From a single cafe in Al Quoz to branches across Dubai Marina and Downtown, priced in AED.

Dubai restaurants do not all run the same way

An office lunch rush in Business Bay and DIFC needs a cashier that clears the queue fast. A weekend brunch in Jumeirah needs table service, reservations and a waitlist. A late night grill in Deira or Al Karama lives on takeaway and delivery. Dubai Marina and JLT can mix all three in one evening.

Wink You is one platform that covers each of those, so you switch on what your branch actually uses: the POS at the counter, the QR Digital Menu at the table, the kitchen display on the line, and the dispatch board when your own drivers head out.

What running a restaurant in Dubai asks of your system

Tax, pricing and delivery work the same way in every branch you open in the city, so they are set once and then simply happen.

5% VAT and your TRN

Save your Tax Registration Number once. Every thermal and digital receipt shows it, with the 5% VAT line set out clearly.

Licensing stays with the authorities

Restaurants in Dubai get their trade licence through the Department of Economy and Tourism, and Dubai Municipality oversees food safety. Wink You does not replace those approvals. It runs the restaurant once you are open.

Priced in AED

Plans are billed in UAE dirhams as a subscription, not a cut of your sales, and are priced by the size of your business.

Delivery app orders, tagged by hand

Wink You does not connect to delivery apps. When an order arrives from one, staff enter it on the POS and tag which app it came from, so it reaches the kitchen and your reports like any other order.

Everything a Dubai restaurant runs on, in one place

A cashier that keeps selling offline

The POS keeps taking orders and payments when the internet drops, then syncs when it returns, without creating duplicate orders.

Point of Sale

QR Digital Menu at the table

Guests scan, browse in Arabic or English, order and pay without installing an app. A call waiter button sits on the same page.

Kitchen display per counter

Tickets reach the kitchen screen the moment they are placed. Filter the screen by POS counter and mark orders ready as they leave the pass.

Kitchen display

Your own drivers, on a live map

A dispatch board for every order leaving the branch, a driver app for your riders, and a live map so you know where each run is.

Delivery and dispatch

Reservations and the brunch waitlist

Take bookings, run a waitlist on busy weekends, and seat guests from a floor plan of your dining room.

Branches across the city

Run Marina, Downtown and Deira from one dashboard, with prices, stock, staff and reports for each branch.

Restaurant POS in Dubai, answered

Does Wink You work for restaurants and cafes in Dubai?

Yes. It is built in the UAE and suits a cafe, a cafeteria, a casual dining room or a group of branches, whether you are in Dubai Marina, Business Bay, Deira or Al Barsha. You turn on the parts your branch needs.

Can it print a UAE tax invoice with my TRN and 5% VAT?

Yes. You enter your Tax Registration Number once in the dashboard and it prints on every thermal receipt and appears on every digital receipt, with the 5% VAT line shown clearly.

Who licenses restaurants in Dubai, and does Wink You help with that?

Trade licences in Dubai are issued through the Department of Economy and Tourism, and Dubai Municipality oversees food safety. Wink You is not part of the licensing process and does not apply on your behalf, so check the current requirements with those authorities.

Does Wink You connect to Talabat, Deliveroo, Careem or Noon?

No, there is no direct connection to any delivery app. Staff enter a delivery app order on the POS and tag the app it came from, so it goes to the kitchen and shows in your reports. For your own deliveries there is an online store, a dispatch board, a driver app and a live map.

What happens if the internet drops during a busy service?

The POS keeps working. Orders and payments are saved on the device and sent when the connection returns, and the sync does not create duplicate orders.

Can guests order from the table with a QR code?

Yes. The QR Digital Menu opens in the browser with no app to install. Guests browse in Arabic or English, order to their table, call a waiter and pay, and every order lands on the POS and the kitchen display.

Can I run branches in Dubai and other emirates on one account?

Yes. Every branch sits on the same dashboard with its own prices, stock, staff and reports, and you switch between branches in one tap.

What does it cost, and in which currency?

Plans are billed in AED as a subscription, not a percentage of your sales. The pricing page shows the current plans and what each one includes.

Also in the UAE

Wink You works the same way across every emirate. See the other city pages, or the UAE page for the country as a whole.
