How to find and open an order in Wink You, step by step.

   From your dashboard, open the menu on the left, and choose Orders.

   Every order is listed here, newest first, with its type, status, payment and total.

   To find an order, type the customer name or order number in Search.

   Click the order number to open it.

5. 5

   At the top you see the order type, its status, and whether it is paid.

   Below that, the customer, the cashier who took the order, and how it was paid.

   Scroll down to see the items, the total, and the VAT.

   The timeline shows every step, from confirmed to completed, and who did it.

   Click Close to go back to your orders.
