By using the Wink You platform, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
3. Service description
Wink You is a cloud based restaurant management platform providing digital QR menus, ordering, point of sale (POS), kitchen display system (KDS), stories & highlights, loyalty programs, analytics, and multi location management.
4. User accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Information provided must be accurate and up to date
- You are responsible for all activities under your account
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
- Upload harmful, abusive, or infringing content
- Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation
6. User-generated content
When you upload content (such as stories and photos), you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it on the platform. You retain ownership. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates our terms.
7. Payment & billing
Pricing is based on your agreed plan. We charge for usage (branches and tables), not features. Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor; we do not receive or store your card details.
8. Limitation of liability
Wink You provides the platform "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We shall not be liable for any indirect or incidental damages.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or platform notification.
