How to void an item on an order in Wink You, step by step.

   From your dashboard, open the menu on the left, and choose Orders.

   Open the order. This one is for table 5, and it is still being prepared.

   Scroll down to the items. You can void items until the order is completed.

   Click Void Item next to the item the guest no longer wants.

   Type the reason. It is saved with the order for your records.

   Click Void Item to confirm.

   Done. The item is greyed out with your reason, and the total goes down.
