How to read customer feedback in Wink You, step by step.

   From your dashboard, open the menu on the left, and choose Customer Feedback.

   The cards show your total reviews, your average rating, and how many are positive or negative.

   Each review shows the customer, their order number, and the branch.

   Next to it are the stars for food, service, and ambience.

   And here is what the customer wrote in their own words.

   To find guests who were less happy, filter by rating. Click 3 stars.

   Now you see only those reviews, so you can follow up with your team.

   Click All to see every review again.
