For quick service restaurants

A quick service POS for the lunch queue.

A cashier built for speed, a kitchen display that gets tickets to the line at once, a customer display so people see what they are paying for, and car plate ordering for guests who stay in the car.

In quick service, seconds add up

A queue at noon is where a quick service restaurant wins or loses the day. Every extra tap at the till, every ticket the kitchen has to ask about and every guest unsure of the total slows the line.

Wink You keeps the line moving: the POS takes the order and payment fast, the kitchen sees it straight away, the customer display shows the guest the order as it is rung up, and the self ordering kiosk can take orders without staff.

Everything that keeps the line moving

Is the cashier fast enough for a lunch rush?

It is built for counter service. Combos and modifiers are a tap away, payment is on the same screen, and the order reaches the kitchen display straight away.

Do you have a self ordering kiosk?

Yes. Wink Kiosk is a standing terminal that takes the order without staff. The Self Ordering Kiosk page explains how it works.

Can customers see their order and total while we ring it up?

Yes. The customer display pairs with a POS counter and mirrors the cart line by line, then shows payment and an optional tip screen.

Can guests order from their car?

Yes. With car plate ordering on the QR Digital Menu, guests order with their plate number and staff bring the order out for curbside pickup.

What happens if the internet drops at peak time?

The POS keeps taking orders and payments offline, then syncs when the connection returns, without duplicate orders.

Which hardware do I need?

A device to run the POS, a thermal receipt printer over Bluetooth or LAN, and a cash drawer if you take cash. A spare tablet or monitor can be the customer display.
