How to cancel or void an order in Wink You, step by step.

   Open the menu on the left, and choose Orders.

   Click the order number to open the order.

   At the bottom, under Danger zone, you find Cancel Order and Void Order.

   Cancel Order is for unpaid orders. Void Order also reverses any payment.

   This order is not paid yet, so click Cancel Order.

   Type the reason. It is required, and your team can see it later.

   Keep Return items to stock on. Turn it off if the food was already made.

   Click Cancel Order to confirm. This cannot be undone.

   Done. The order now shows Cancelled.
