For food trucks and pop up stalls

A food truck POS that keeps selling when the signal drops.

A cashier on a tablet or phone, a Bluetooth receipt printer, and a QR code at the window so the queue can order from their phones. When the connection drops at a busy event, orders keep going and are sent once it is back.

A truck has no back office

Everything happens in a few square metres: taking the order, cooking it, handing it over and counting the cash at the end of the night. The signal at a beach, a market or a festival ground is never guaranteed, and there is rarely space for a second screen.

Wink You fits that space. The POS runs on an iPhone, iPad or Android device, keeps taking orders without internet, and prints on a small Bluetooth printer. The owner sees every truck on one dashboard, from the Wink You Business app on a phone.

Orders keep going offline

With no connection the POS keeps taking orders, and a card payment your own terminal approves is saved with its order. Everything is sent when the signal returns, without duplicates.

A Bluetooth receipt printer

Pair a thermal receipt printer over Bluetooth, so the truck needs no network cables. Add a cash drawer if you take cash.

QR ordering at the window

Stick a QR code on the truck. Guests scan, order for pickup in Arabic or English and pay, while the cashier keeps serving the line.

Each truck as a branch

Give every truck its own menu prices, opening hours, stock and reports, and switch between them in one tap.

Food truck POS, answered

Does the POS work without internet?

Yes. Orders keep going while the connection is down, and a card payment your own terminal approves is saved with its order. Everything is sent as soon as the connection returns, without duplicate orders. Closing the register waits for the connection.

Which devices and printers do I need?

The POS runs on an iPhone, an iPad or an Android device, or in a browser. Pair a thermal receipt printer over Bluetooth and add a cash drawer if you take cash.

Can people order from their phones at the window?

Yes. They scan the QR code on the truck, order for pickup and pay cash at the window or online through a gateway you connect. The order appears on the POS like any other.

I run two trucks and a base kitchen. Can I see them all?

Yes. Each truck and the base kitchen are branches on one dashboard, each with its own prices, stock, staff and reports, and you move stock between them with transfers.

Can I stop online orders when the truck is closed?

Yes. Each branch has its opening hours, and a branch setting blocks QR orders while it is closed.

Can I take bookings for private events?

Yes, with catering orders: the event date, location, guest count, items, a quote and a deposit in one record. Catering is part of some plans, and the pricing page shows which.
