For fashion boutiques and clothing stores

A clothing store POS and online store that share one stock.

Every size and colour is its own option with a SKU and barcode, sold at the counter and on your own website from the same stock. Shoppers pay with card, cash on delivery, Tabby or Tamara, and orders ship with Aramex or SMSA.

A boutique sells one dress in many versions

A single design can come in five sizes and three colours, and each one sells at its own pace. When the counter and the website keep separate lists, the last medium in black gets sold twice and a shopper is disappointed.

Wink You keeps one catalogue for both. Each size and colour carries its own stock, SKU and barcode, the POS rings it up with a scan, and your online store sells from the stock of the branch you choose. Returns, refunds and reviews live in the same place.

The counter and the website, together

Sizes and colours

Add sizes and colours to a product, and each option gets its own price, stock count, SKU, barcode and photo.

Online store

Scan at the counter

The POS finds a product or a single option by its barcode or SKU, so a USB or Bluetooth scanner rings it up in one move.

Point of Sale

Your own online store

Collections, brands, filters, a sale price beside the original, wishlists and reviews with photos, on your own domain.

Online store

Card, cash on delivery and pay later

Take card payments through your gateway, cash on delivery, and Tabby or Tamara instalments once you connect your merchant account.

Payments

Aramex and SMSA shipping

Connect your Aramex or SMSA Express account to create waybills, print shipping labels and share tracking. Customers can also pick up from the shop.

Shoppers request a return within the window you set. You approve or reject it, refund it, and the item goes back into stock.

Clothing store POS, answered

Do the shop counter and the website share the same stock?

Yes. The website sells from the stock of the branch you choose to sell and ship from, and the POS at that branch sells from the same stock. Each size and colour keeps its own count.

Can I use a barcode scanner?

Yes. On the POS in a browser, a USB or Bluetooth scanner types the code and the POS finds the product or the exact size and colour by its barcode or SKU.

Can shoppers pay with Tabby or Tamara?

Yes, at online checkout, once you connect your own Tabby or Tamara merchant account. Cash on delivery and card payments through your payment gateway are also available.

Which couriers can I connect?

Aramex and SMSA Express connect directly, to create waybills, print labels and follow tracking. Aramex can also show live shipping rates at checkout. With any other courier, you book the parcel yourself and add the tracking number to the order.

Can I ship to other countries?

Not yet. Checkout ships within your store's home country. Visitors from abroad can see prices in their own currency, but they pay in your store currency.

How do returns work?

You set a return window. Shoppers request a return from their account, you approve or reject it, and an approved return can be refunded and put back into stock.

Can I charge for alterations?

Yes. Make alterations an open price item, so the cashier types the price for each job, or add a custom item at the POS for a single charge.

Other kinds of shop

One system runs the shop counter and the online store together, whatever you sell.
