Riyadh runs late

Riyadh dining stretches across a big city and a long day. Specialty coffee shops line the north, from Al Malqa and Hittin to Al Yasmin, and many sell as much through the car window as across the counter. Olaya and King Abdullah Financial District feed office lunches, while family restaurants with private seating fill after sunset and stay busy well past midnight.

Ramadan turns the city around, with an iftar rush at sunset and suhoor service through the night, and the events of Riyadh Season bring crowds of their own. Wink You keeps every branch on one dashboard, each with its own menu, prices and staff.

Arabic from right to left

The POS, the kitchen display, the QR Digital Menu and Business Admin all work in Arabic, and English is one tap away.

Business Admin

Restaurant POS in Riyadh, answered

Does Wink You work for restaurants and coffee shops in Riyadh?

Yes. It suits a single coffee shop or a group of restaurants across Riyadh, from Olaya and Al Malqa to Hittin, Al Yasmin and Diriyah. You turn on only what each branch uses.

Will my menu and receipts show prices in Saudi riyal?

Yes. A branch set to SAR shows riyal prices on the POS, the QR Digital Menu and every receipt. Your Wink You subscription is billed separately in AED, and the currency switcher on the pricing page shows the plan price in riyal.

Can customers order from their car?

Yes. On the QR Digital Menu they choose car pickup, enter their plate and car colour, and your staff bring the order out.

Can guests pay with Tabby or Tamara?

Yes, at online checkout on the QR Digital Menu, in SAR, once you connect your own merchant account in Business Admin. At the counter guests pay cash or card, and payments from your own card terminal are recorded in the POS.

Does the POS keep going during the iftar rush if the internet drops?

Yes. Orders keep going while the connection is down, and a card payment your own terminal approves is saved with its order. Everything is sent when the connection returns, without duplicate orders. Closing the register waits for the connection.

Does Wink You connect to HungerStation or Jahez?

No, there is no direct connection to any delivery app. Staff enter those orders on the POS and tag the app they came from, so they reach the kitchen display and show in your reports.
