How to review orders that did not send in Wink You, step by step.

   This red bar means an order taken offline did not reach the kitchen. Tap Review.

   Orders not sent shows the order, and in red, why it was not sent.

3. 3

   Load into cart puts the items back in the cart, to ring it up again.

4. 4

   Send again tries once more, exactly as it was rung up.

5. 5

   Dismiss deletes it from this till, when it was already handled.

6. 6

   This one only needs a manager. Tap Approve with manager PIN.

7. 7

   The manager types their PIN.

8. 8

   Approved. The order is sent to the kitchen with its own number.
