How to handle QR menu orders on the POS in Wink You, step by step.

   A guest at table 5 just ordered from the QR menu on their phone.

   A green alert pops up on the POS. Tap it to see the order.

   QR orders carry a QR tag, with the table and what they ordered.

   Tap the order to open it.

5. 5

   It shows Waiting. It is already confirmed, so the kitchen sees it right away.

   Not paid means the guest pays here. When they are ready, tap Take Payment.

7. 7

   Then take the payment as usual, by cash or card. This guest pays cash.

8. 8

   Tap Cash, then Charge. The QR order is paid.
