How to hold an order and come back to it in Wink You, step by step.

   A guest orders a takeaway. Tap Takeaway and add their items.

   They step out to fetch their wallet. Tap Hold so the next guest is not kept waiting.

   Type a reason, so you recognise the order later. Then tap Hold.

4. 4

   The order is saved, and the till is clear for the next guest.

   When the guest comes back, tap Held Orders at the top.

   Find their order by its note and tap Resume.

7. 7

   Their items are back in the order. Tap Charge.

8. 8

   They pay cash, so tap Charge again. The order is paid.
