   Tap Orders at the top of the POS.

   The live summary shows how many orders are waiting, preparing, and ready.

   Open lists every order that is still in progress.

   Stale shows orders left open for too long, so nothing is forgotten.

   Completed shows today's finished orders.

   To find one quickly, type the customer name or order number in Search.

   Tap the order to see its items, payment and timeline.
