How to refund an order on the POS in Wink You, step by step.

   Tap Orders at the top of the POS.

   Tap Completed, then tap the order you want to refund.

   Check the items and the total, then tap Refund order.

   Keep Return items to stock on if the items can be sold again.

   The customer paid cash, so Cash is already selected.

   Type a short reason for the refund.

   Tap Confirm Refund.

   Refunds need a manager. Your manager types their PIN to approve it.

   Done. The order shows Refunded, and its items are marked Voided.

    Give the customer their cash back from the drawer.
