How to get support or report a problem in Wink You, step by step.

  1. Tap Settings, then Support.

  2. Start live support opens a voice call with screen share. Report a bug sends a written report.

  3. Tap Report a bug.

  4. Type a short subject.

  5. Describe what happened, and what you expected.

  6. Choose how urgent it is.

  7. Device details and recent activity are added for you.

  8. Tap Submit Report. Your team admin will see it.
