How to answer waiter calls on the POS in Wink You, step by step.

   When a guest taps Call waiter on the QR menu, a red number appears on Waiter Calls.

   Tap Waiter Calls to see who needs you.

   Each call shows the table, what the guest wants, and how long they have waited.

   Table 3 wants the bill. Tap Acknowledge, so your team knows you are on it.

   The call moves to In Progress.

   Table 7 needed help, and you have sorted it. Tap Done.

   Use the tabs to see only pending, in progress, or finished calls.
