How shoppers request a return and follow it in Wink You, step by step.

   To return something, shoppers open My orders in their account.

   They click the order with the item.

   Under Request a return, they set how many of each item to send back.

   They can add a reason, like the size is too big.

   Then they click Submit return request.

   The order now shows Return requested, and you see it in Returns.

   When you approve it, the same place shows Return approved, with what to do next.
