How shoppers download an invoice or credit note in Wink You, step by step.

   Shoppers find their invoices in their account, under My orders.

   They open the order.

   Then they click Download invoice.

4. 4

   The tax invoice opens in a new tab, with your details, the items and the VAT.

   Download or Print saves it as a PDF or prints it.

6. 6

   If you refunded part of the order, a credit note button appears next to it.

   The credit note shows what was refunded, with its VAT.
