How to follow up abandoned carts in Wink You, step by step.

   Open the menu on the left, and choose Abandoned Carts.

   These shoppers started checkout but never paid. Here is what they left behind.

   On a cart, click More, then View details.

   You can see the customer's phone and email, and every item in their cart.

   Close it. Under More, Call customer lets you phone them to help finish the order.

   To send reminders automatically, open Emails from the menu.

   Scroll to Abandoned Cart Recovery, and switch on Send recovery emails.

   Choose how many minutes to wait before the email goes out.

   Click Save.

    Done. Shoppers now get a link back to their saved cart.
