How to process an online order in Wink You, step by step.

   Open the menu on the left, and choose Orders.

   New online orders show as Unfulfilled. Click one to open it.

   First accept it. Under Update status, click Confirmed.

   Under Change fulfillment to, choose Processing, then Apply.

   When the parcel is ready, choose Packed, and click Apply.

   Hand it to your courier, and add the tracking number and link.

   Choose Shipped, and click Apply.

   Once it arrives, choose Delivered, and click Apply.

   For cash on delivery, click Mark paid once the courier collects it.

    Once it is delivered and paid, the order completes by itself.
