How to handle a return in Wink You, step by step.

   Open the menu on the left, and choose Returns.

   Here is a new return request, with the customer's reason. Click it to open it.

   You can see the items coming back. Restock means they go back into your stock.

   Under Change status to, choose Approved, and click Apply.

   When the parcel reaches you, open the request again, choose Received, and click Apply.

   Finally, choose Refunded, and enter the refund amount.

   Click Apply.

   Done. The customer sees each step in their account.
