How shoppers choose delivery or pickup

Step by step

How shoppers choose delivery or pickup in Wink You, step by step.

1. 1

At checkout, the Delivery step asks how the order reaches your shopper.

2. 2

Pickup means they collect it from your store. No address and no delivery fee.

3. 3

Delivery brings it to their door. They type their street address.

4. 4

Then they pick their delivery area. Abu Dhabi costs 25 here.

5. 5

Each area has its own fee, so Dubai is 20. Then they type the city.

6. 6

To help your courier, they can tap the map to pin their exact location.

7. 7

Or they click My location to use where they are now.

8. 8

The order summary always shows the delivery fee for their area.
