How customers react to or report a story in Wink You, step by step.

  1. Your customer taps Access Menu. Guest stories are the circles at the top.

  2. They tap All to watch every story. Each one plays for a few seconds.

  3. To react, they tap an icon at the bottom, like the heart.

  4. Tapping the right side skips to the next story.

  5. If a story looks wrong, they tap the flag. The story waits while they choose.

  6. They pick a reason, like Spam, and the story is sent to you to review.

  7. The cross closes the stories and goes back to the menu.
