How customers track their order in Wink You, step by step.
After ordering, your customer opens the menu and taps their order button.
The screen shows where the order is, and updates by itself.
A delivery moves through five steps, from Received to Delivered.
They can open the items to check what they ordered and the total.
When the rider is on the way, the status changes to On the way to you.
A Delivery code appears. They give it to the rider at the door.
