How customers rate their visit in Wink You, step by step.

  1. From the QR code on their table, your customer taps Access Menu.

  2. At the top of the menu, they tap the feedback icon.

  3. They tap a star to rate their visit, from Poor to Amazing.

  4. Here, they choose four stars, Great.

  5. They can add a comment for you.

  6. They tap Submit Rating, and a thank you message appears.
