What to do when a card payment fails in Wink You, step by step.

  1. If a card payment does not go through, your customer comes back to Payment Status.

  2. It says Payment incomplete, and shows the amount due.

  3. Try Again opens the payment page, so they can pay by card once more.

  4. Or they tap Pay in Cash, to pay at your counter instead.

  5. The order is sent to your team, and its tracking screen opens.
