How to turn on Wink Waiter and add its answers in Wink You, step by step.

   Open the menu on the left, and under Catalog choose Wink Waiter.

   Switch on Turn Wink Waiter on. Guests now see a Help me choose button.

   Allow typed questions lets guests ask in their own words.

   Choose a Tone of voice, like Friendly.

   Click Save.

   Questions it could not answer shows what guests asked with no answer yet.

   To answer one, go to Questions about your restaurant, and click Add.

   Type the question in English and in Arabic.

   Then type the answer guests should see, in both languages.

    Click Save. Wink Waiter now gives guests your exact answer.
