How to export or erase a customer's data in Wink You, step by step.

   Open the menu on the left, and choose Customers.

2. 2

   Click the customer's name to open their profile.

3. 3

   If a customer asks for a copy of their data, click Export data.

4. 4

   The file downloads, and stays in the Download Center for two days.

5. 5

   If they ask you to delete their data, click Erase personal data.

6. 6

   Their name, phone and email go. Orders, points and credit stay, without a name.

7. 7

   Click Erase now. This cannot be undone.

8. 8

   The profile now reads Erased customer.
