How to give store credit in Wink You, step by step.

   From your dashboard, open the menu on the left, and choose Store Credit.

   First, open an account for the customer. Click Add Account.

   Search by name or phone, and pick the customer.

   Set a credit limit, then click Create Account.

   Now click the pencil on their row to adjust the balance.

   Keep the type on Credit, and enter the amount to give.

   For a goodwill credit, choose Other as the payment method.

   Add a note, so your team knows why.

   Click Apply.

    Done. The customer can spend this credit on their next order.
