How to find a customer in Wink You, step by step.

   From your dashboard, open the menu on the left, and choose Customers.

   Here you see every customer, with their loyalty tier, spend and orders.

   To see one loyalty tier, click it. For example, Gold.

   Click All Tiers, then type part of a name, phone or email.

   The list shows the matching customer right away.

   Click the name to open the customer profile.

   Activity lists their orders and loyalty points, newest first.

   On the right are their contact details, tier, and total spent.
