Step by step
How to block a lost gift card in Wink You, step by step.
From your dashboard, open the menu on the left, and choose Gift Cards.
Find the lost card. Here, it belongs to Ahmed Al Mansoori.
Switch off Active on that card.
The warning shows the balance still on the card.
Type the reason, so your team knows why it was blocked.
Click Deactivate card.
Done. The card is switched off, and its balance can no longer be spent.
