How to read the kitchen screen alerts in Wink You, step by step.
When something needs you, red alerts show next to Settings.
Sound off means new orders cannot be heard on this screen.
Tap the screen and check the volume. The alert goes away.
Printer error means a printer is not connected. Tap it.
Its settings open, so you can connect the printer again.
Orders waiting too long are listed in a red bar, with how long they waited.
If the internet drops, an orange Offline message shows at the top.
When it returns, the signal is green and the board catches up by itself.
