How to recall a finished order in Wink You, step by step.

   This order was marked ready by mistake. The cheesecake is still being plated.

   On the order in Ready, tap Recall order.

3. 3

   To make sure it is not an accident, tap again to recall the whole order.

4. 4

   The order is back in Preparing, and the POS no longer shows it as ready.

5. 5

   To send back just one item, tap the Recall arrow next to it.

6. 6

   When it is really done, tap Ready All.

7. 7

   The order is back in Ready, and the POS knows it can be served.
