How to set order sounds, stock alerts and prep time in Wink You, step by step.
Open the menu on the left, and choose Branches.
Click Configure on your branch.
Scroll down to Order Settings.
In Default Preparation Time, type how long a usual order takes. Here, 12 minutes.
Customers see this wait time when they place an order.
Under Notifications, New Order Sound plays a sound when an order comes in.
Low Stock Alert tells you when a stock item falls below its minimum.
Switch one off if you do not need it. Here, the low stock alert.
Click Save in the bar at the bottom.
