How to log food safety checks in Wink You, step by step.

  1. Open the menu, choose Compliance, then Food Safety.

  2. Every checklist your team completed is listed here.

  3. Click Create Checklist.

  4. Check the branch, and choose the checklist type. Opening is for the start of the shift.

  5. Type the first check, and the reading you took.

  6. Click Checked when it is done.

  7. Add the next check the same way.

  8. Click Save.

  9. Then click Complete. A completed checklist is locked, so nobody can change it later.

  10. Done. Today's opening checklist is complete and kept for your records.
