How to set up how your POS works in Wink You, step by step.

  1. Open the menu on the left, and choose Branches.

  2. Click Configure on your branch.

  3. Scroll down to POS Settings. They apply to every POS at this branch.

  4. Require Payment Immediately opens the payment screen as soon as an order goes to the kitchen.

  5. Here we switch it on, for a counter where customers pay as they order.

  6. Allow Discounts shows the discount box on the POS. Switch it off to hide it.

  7. Simple POS Mode is for counters with no kitchen screen or tables. Orders complete on payment.

  8. Click Save.

  9. Done. Every POS at this branch now asks for payment right away.
