How to refuse damaged goods and record use-by dates in Wink You, step by step.

   Open the menu on the left, choose Purchasing, then Purchase Orders.

   Under Arriving, click Receive on the order that just came.

   One crate of milk arrived leaking. Open Damaged, use-by on that line.

   Type one under Damaged or refused. Refused goods never go into stock.

   The line now shows three crates into stock, and one refused.

   The reason is Damaged. Add a short note for the supplier.

   For the cream, open Damaged, use-by and enter the use-by date.

   Click Confirm delivery.

   The refused crate stays on the order, so you can claim it from the supplier.
