How to log a maintenance request in Wink You, step by step.

   Open the menu on the left, choose Assets, then Maintenance.

   Click Create Request.

   Choose the machine that needs work.

   Describe the problem, so the technician knows what to bring.

   Set the priority. A leaking ice machine is High.

   Enter the visit date, and the company doing the repair.

   Click Create.

   When the technician starts, change the status to In Progress.

   Every repair stays on record, with its date and cost, for each machine.
