How to see how customer reels perform in Wink You, step by step.
Open the menu on the left. Under Marketing, click Reel performance.
These are the reels customers posted about your café in the Wink You app.
At the top, see total watches, unique viewers, and watch time.
Avg completion shows how much of each reel people watched.
Daily watches shows the busy days, like the day a reel went up.
Under Per reel, the most watched reel is at the top, with who posted it.
Open Window to look at the last 7 days instead.
Use this to see which dishes get people talking.
