How to approve or reject customer stories in Wink You, step by step.
From your dashboard, open the menu on the left, and choose Stories.
Stories your customers post wait under Pending until you check them.
Click the photo to see the story full size.
It shows your Iced Latte, so it is good to share. Close the preview.
Click Approve. The story goes live for your customers right away.
This one is an advert, not about your café. Click Reject.
Write a short reason, for your own records.
Click Reject Story. It is never shown to anyone.
Open the Active tab. The approved story is live for twenty four hours.
