How to see your iPads and their status in Wink You, step by step.

   Open the menu on the left. Under Setup, click Devices.

   At the top, see how many iPads you have, and how many are online.

   Your iPads are grouped by branch. Click a branch to see only its iPads.

   Each row shows the iPad's name, and whether it runs the POS or the kitchen screen.

   Status shows Online, and when the iPad last checked in.

   Click All Branches. This kitchen iPad has been offline since yesterday.

   Its battery is at 12 percent, in red. Plug it in, and it comes back online.

   Mode shows how the iPad is locked. Wink You support sets it for you.

   Use Rename, Lock with message, or Lost mode if an iPad goes missing.

    For wiping, app installs or updates, click Contact support.
