How to manage the waitlist in Wink You, step by step.

Open the menu on the left, choose Dine-in, then Waitlist.
Switch on the waitlist for your branch, so customers can join from their phones.
Everyone waiting is listed in order, with the party size and expected wait.
When a guest walks in, click Add walk-in.
Type the customer's name and phone number.
Enter the party size and the estimated wait in minutes.
Click Add to queue.
When a table is free, click Seat. The customer gets a message that their table is ready.
They leave the queue, and everyone else moves up.
