How to handle waiter calls in Wink You, step by step.

   Open the menu on the left, and choose Waiter Calls.

   When a guest taps Call Waiter on the QR menu, the call appears here live.

   Here is a new call. You see the table, and what the guest needs.

   Click Acknowledge, so your team knows someone is on the way.

5. 5

   Once the guest is served, click Complete.

   Handle any other open call the same way.

   At the top, check your pending calls and your average response time today.
