How to record wastage in Wink You, step by step.

   Open the menu on the left, then choose Inventory, and Wastage.

   Here you see everything thrown away, and why.

   Click Log Wastage.

   Choose the inventory item. Here, tomatoes.

   Enter the quantity thrown away. Two kilos.

   Pick a reason code, like Spoiled.

   Add a short note for your team.

   Click Log Wastage to save.

   Done. The tomatoes are taken off your stock, and the loss is recorded.
