How to check refunds, voids and discounts in Wink You, step by step.

   From your dashboard, open the menu on the left, and choose Reports.

   In the list of reports at the top, click Discounts.

   See how many discounts were given, and how much they took off.

   Below, each discount shows the order, the amount, who gave it, and who approved it.

   Now click Refunds.

   Every refund is listed with its amount, payment method, reason, and who made it.

   Click Voids and cancellations.

   Each line shows the item or order, its value, the reason, and the staff member.

   Change the dates at the top to check any period.
